- What information is required to order roll forming equipment?
As there are so many roll formed products and just as many different roll formers, we need to understand your needs. Information such as production capacity, thickness range, material type, and profile are all necessary for us to be able to offer you the equipment that best suits your needs. A drawing of the final product is usually very helpful.
- I used to deal with IMW for many years, what happened?
The two owners of IMW had visions of the company going in different directions that were not compatible. One owner formed a new and completely separate company called Ironside Design Manufacturing Inc. The name Ironside comes from the original founder of the company over 100 years ago named George Ironside. Ironside maintains rights to the roll forming equipment division, retail division, and ownership of the production facility. IMW still exist, but currently they only manufacture natural gas compressors.
