Ironside Design Manufacturing is a full scale fabrication/machine facility located in Chilliwack, British Columbia and just minutes from HWY 1. With over 60,000 sq ft of production space and a full line of CNC machines, high definition CNC plasma table, manual lathes, boring mills, CNC break press, welders, etc, we are fully equipped to take on just about any job.
In addition, we are resellers of quality products such as Martin Gear and Sprocket, Timken, Baldor, SMC Pneumatics, Canadian Electro Drives, Nachi, Jet Tools, and numerous hand tools lines.
You will find our pricing is very competitive. Most importantly, we deal with many manufacturing facilities across North America and we know the cost implications associated with machinery breakdowns. We always do our very best to ensure down time is at its minimum with quick turnaround time on repairs and a reliable stock on common parts.

Machine Shop
We are a full service machine shop that prides itself on accurate timely delivery. We have a wide variety of equipment (see list below) with the man power to do almost any job you can throw at them. From CNC lathes and mills to horizontal boring mills and manual lathes, quality is what you can expect from every job that is sent through our machine shop.
Hi Def. Plasma Cutting
Our 8’ x 12’ table with 1” cutting capacity has been a very welcomed addition to our shop. With fast cutting and repeatability the cost of production has dropped substantially while increasing quality. From structural steel base plates to timber connection plates, if you need plate cutting, this is the machine to do it.
Welding and Fabrication
With a well-equipped 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility, Ironside is ready to take on almost and fabrication job. We have CWB certified welders, journeymen fabricator and machinists, with the resources to complete your job on time and on budget. Ironside has a full inventory of steel, aluminum, and stainless, as well as an Industrial supply retail store so we can get your job started right away. Our manufacturing facility has overhead cranes, band saws, shear and brakes, plasma table, numerous welding tables, a full machine shop, and paint shop (see below for a full list of equipment).
