The Features
One-Man Machine
The controls on Ironside’s pipe mills are placed so that one person can easily run the machine. As well, our button-and-spacer-style tooling design allows for increased versatility, very little tooling investment and minimal change-over time.
Safe and Compact
The mill drive motor, drive train, hydraulic system and water spray system are all mounted under the mill, which saves space. It also gives the operator more access to the corrugating stands to make adjustments.

Flexibility
Flexibility is one of the key advantages of Ironside’s pipe mills. Our mills are designed to allow the production of various profiles, sizes and diameters and steel thicknesses on one mill. As well, with the simple addition of shears, slitters and perforators, you can also produce other products, such as corrugated sheets and bands. The forming head is fully adjustable, ensuring you are able to make precise diameter changes and create completely closed lock-seams.
